Cast Tile Impression

Our Cast Tile Impressions are priced based on size and configuration options.

Prices start at $100 for a single impression unframed. $50 is charged as a booking fee which is applied to the cost of your impression.

• Book your initial consultation appointment and pay the $50 booking fee which is applied as a credit towards the total cost of your impression
• If you have not already been in contact we will reach out to you to confirm your appointment and review what you have in mind for your impression
• We will follow this up with an email confirming what we have discussed, outlining any requirements for your appointment and providing you with an estimate
• Our consultation appointments are up to an hour where we will:
  - confirm and finalise your order
  - begin creating your impression
  - discuss any further personalisations required
  - 50% of the updated total cost will be required at this appointment
• We will follow up with an email confirming approximate available date for pick up and updated invoice

Turn around on impressions depends on if there is printing and/or framing requested. The standard order of single tile with 2 impressions framed is currently at a turn around of 6 weeks following your appointment due to the customisation sizing of the frame.

• Once your impression is available for pick up we will reach out via email with a link to book a pick up time
• Any outstanding monies owed will be required upon pick up and a receipt will be sent following final payment

There are a range of personalisation options available:

• Frame Colour
• Backing Colour
• Engraving Plate Text
• Stamping
• Colour Accents

Our Cast Tile Impressions are only available locally as we are required to physically imprint your hands, feet or paws!

Our home studio is currently based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, NSW.

Please reach out if you have any questions or requests as if it is possible we may be able to accommodate and travel to you at an extra cost.

Please contact us should you wish to reschedule your appointment and are having issues doing this through the website.

Refunds are available prior to your appointment if you change your mind.

Once your impressions have been completed I do offer cancellations however you forfeit $50 for each impression for the price of materials used.

If your order has already been cast and put in to be framed I am unable to offer a refund but happy to see if we are able to alter the order depending on where they are in the framing process (eg changing the photo).

As these pieces are made to order and beautifully personalised I am unable to offer return once the process is complete. I will make every effort to ensure your piece is perfect however due to the materials used there can sometimes be imperfections. I will reach out if these happen whilst in my control however if you receive a piece you are not 100% happy with please reach out to me so that I am able to assist in ensuring your piece is exactly as you imagined.
