  • Do I need to send a photo?

    No. We take your uploaded digital photograph/s and print them on high quality materials before creating your magnets.

  • Is there a minimum quality required of provided photo?

    Yes. For beat results please ensure the image you provide is a minimum of 600px height and width and under 5MB in size.

  • What do I do if I make a mistake?

    If you realise you made a mistake please contact us within 24 hours to rectify. Outside of these 24 hours we may not be able to rectify the issue. If we identify an issue with your order we will contact you to resolve.

What do I need to keep in mind when selecting my image?

To ensure you get the most out of your magnets please refer to this diagram when selecting or cropping your desired image. The image size is approx 53mm x 53mm which is pressed into a 2" square wrapping the excess 3mm of the image to secure the backing.

If not careful important parts of the image could be unintentionally cut off.
