Personalised Magnets

Personalised Magnetics currently have a production timeframe of 1-2 Business days.

Pre-Made Magnets and Magnetic Accessories

As long as the item is in stock processing timeframe is currently 1-2 Business days.

Cast Tile Impressions

Cast Tile Impressions process is more involved and may rely on third party service providers. Depending on your requirements production time could vary anywhere between 7days - 6weeks from the date of your consultation meeting. We will always keep you updated on your order.

Pre-Orders

You will be kept updated with an expected dispatch date for your order that includes any pre-order items. Pre-order items will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of it arriving to our warehouse.

Shipping costs are based on size and weight of the parcel.

Standard shipping costs start from $6.99 and increase based on size and weight.

FREE Shipping

From time to time, we will offer free shipping promotions.

Exclusions may apply and will be listed on the promotion and product pages.

We currently offer the following delivery methods.

Australia Post

• Standard - delivered between 3-7 days to Australian Metro areas
• Express - delivered between 1-3 business days to Australian Metro areas

International

We currently offer shipping to NZ. Delivery is estimated to be within 5-10 business days.

Couriers may be used for larger/fragile items.

We appreciate your time and patience with any unforeseeable circumstances.

Shipping timeframes are a guideline and subject to change. There may be unexpected and unavoidable delays during peak periods as well as issues our delivery partner/s might face.

Tracking

You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched. The delivery partner, in most cases Australia Post, will send though tracking details and delivery updates.

These details should include:

• an estimated delivery day/time
• tracking details
• delivery management options including consent to leave your parcel in a safe place

It may take up to 24 hours from the time of despatch confirmation to recieve communication from our delivery partner.

Please check your spam/junk and others folders if you have not received your dispatch notification from us within 24 hours. If you are unable to find this, please contact us using the form below including your order number.

Liability

Any and all shipping fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.

If you have made any errors or wish to modify your chosen delivery method please contact us using the form below within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot assume liability nor be held responsible for any of the following:

• mistakes made by delivery partners
• incorrect details provided by purchaser
• damages caused by a delivery partner
• stolen packages after delivery
• delays caused by customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes
• instances of lost items during transit

We will make every effort to a reasonable extent in assisting you with any issues you face. We strongly recommend that if your order is over $100 you consider paying for Extra Cover/Insurance at a cost of $2.50 for each $100 bracket over $100.

Orders that are successfully delivered and had been affected by any delays due to any of the above or a delivery partner are not eligible for a refund.

We may offer local pick up from time to time in order for you to save on shipping costs if requested. Generally we would prefer to do this at a local post office close by however this also maybe at our place of business.

While we have a storage facility we currently operate and provide some in person services at a residence.

If you are to attend our place of business you agree to not sure the street address of such location nor attend the location at a time that has not been agreed.
