We hope that you are delighted with your purchase and we take pride in ensuring the product sent to you is of the highest quality to bring your memories to life!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please
contact us using the form below so that we may assist you.

We have a 30 day return timeframe of receipt where you are able to contact us regarding your order; any enquiries received thereafter may be denied.

PERSONALISED ITEMS AND SERVICES

Personalised Magnetic Items

Due to the fast turn around and handmade nature of our personalised magnetic items we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

There is the possibility that you may be able to cancel your order in a maximum period of 24 hours. Unfortunately, if your order has already been fulfilled a refund is unable to be provided.

Cast Tile Impressions

Refunds are available prior to your appointment if you change your mind.

Once your impressions have been completed I do offer cancellations however you forfeit $50 for each impression for the price of materials used.

If your order has already been cast and put in to be framed I am unable to offer a refund but happy to see if we are able to alter the order depending on where they are in the framing process (eg changing the photo).

As these pieces are made to order and beautifully personalised I am unable to offer return once the process is complete. I will make every effort to ensure your piece is perfect however due to the materials used there can sometimes be imperfections. I will reach out if these happen whilst in my control however if you receive a piece you are not 100% happy with please reach out to me so that I am able to assist in ensuring your piece is exactly as you imagined.

RETURNABLE ITEMS

To be eligible for return any items must be returned in their original condition, unused and sealed in its original packaging.

Please contact us using the form below to initiate your return request.

Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Ever After Memories reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used or damaged in anyway. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

While we take pride in ensuring the product sent to you is
of the highest quality unfortunately, there are instances in which unforeseen circumstances happen.

If for any reason there is an issue with your order (arrives with missing items, damaged or faulty) please take photos of the product/s and contact us with the following details:

  • Name on the Order
  • Order number
  • Product that has the issue
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product/issue

RETURN SHIPPING

Return and/or reshipping liability and costs depend on the circumstances, as we treat each case individually.

Generally, if an order is to be returned these costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.

We recommend returning items through tracked mail, as any returned items that are not received are unable to be issued a refund. We also request that you obtain proof of postage at the time of posting returned items particularly as most delivery partners provide insurance which may assist you if the package becomes lost in transit.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality.

In the unlikely event that you receive products from us that do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide you with a refund or exchange based on the below:

  • If we consider that the product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law (eg. the product is unsafe, does not fit the description or is not fit for purpose), you can return it and receive your choice of a refund or an exchange, and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.
  • If we consider that the product has a minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law (eg. the product's packaging is cracked but does not affect the safety or use of the product), we will provide you with our choice of a refund, replacement, exchange or credit.

Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and we may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable).

We will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.
